Is your child ready to cycle around the neighborhood alone?

Here are 2 fun little tests (one theoretical and one practical) to see if he is ready to obtain this freedom. In addition to allowing you to assess their cycling skills, this exercise can become a very nice family ritual and mark a new stage in the development of their autonomy. First give him access to a very restricted perimeter of circulation and widen this perimeter each year as he grows.
