Shipping Policy

All local orders (Canada and France) are processed within 1-2 business days (unless there are delays due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond your control) of receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We offer fixed flat rate shipping of $10 and free when your basket reaches more than $100.

International Shipping

We offer local shipments in Canada and France and international shipments to all other countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are due once the shipment has reached the country of destination. [Your company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number which you can use to check the status of the order. It takes 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and your order number, and we will investigate the situation for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at including your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with these cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
