Apple and raisin soft bar

The Tender Bar is a popular snack that is quick and easy to cook.
- 375 mL (1½ cup) quick-cooking rolled oats
- 175 ml (¾ cup) bran flakes (Bran Flakes style), lightly crushed with hands (Bran flakes can be replaced with corn flakes)
- 60 ml (¼ cup) all-purpose flour
- 125 ml (½ cup) raisins, chopped. They can be replaced by any dried fruit.
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) honey
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla
- 1 ml (¼ tsp.) salt
