- 1 cup and ½ oat flakes
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 5 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry mixture. Mix.
Using moistened fingers, form into balls.
Place balls on cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
