Apple Bread

Bye-bye banana bread. Here's the apple bread! With its fall flavours, you'll be saluting the banana to make way for the favourite fruit of the fall!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened or homemade applesauce
- 1/4 cup of vegetable milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
