Shipping & Returns
We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to exchange an item of the same value or request a refund. The return of the item(s) is however at the customer's expense.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 15 days following the date of the delivery of the purchase. The item must be returned to its original state. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
In order to facilitate the return and exchange process, please send us a message, mentioning the date and number of your order, and upload picture of evidence in case of damages, via our contact form.
