Shipping, returns and refunds

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense unless the product is damaged.

We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 15 days following the purchase, with the exception of the Head of Household subscription. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

Head of Household subscription can be refunded within 5 days of purchase or payment.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
