  • Ingredients

    • 500g chicken breasts, cut into approximately 1-inch cubes
    • 2 cups tzatziki sauce
    • Salt and pepper
    • 6 to 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for about 20 minutes
  • Preparation

    1. In a large resealable bag, combine 1 cup of tzaziki sauce with the chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
    2. Reserve the other cup of tzaziki sauce for serving.
    3. Skewer 6 to 8 cubes per skewer.
    4. Clean and oil the barbecue grill.
    5. Preheat on medium-high power.
    6. Cook the skewers for 15 to 17 minutes, turning them regularly.
    7. Serve with reserved tzaziki sauce.
