Berry milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla oat milk
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon ground chia seeds
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
For adventurers:
Add 1 tbsp. matcha when blending.
