Chicken salad roll for lunchbox

- 8 buns
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 4 cups coleslaw

- ¼ cup creamy dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
