Small naan bread pizzas

Small pizzas that your children will have great fun preparing; garnished with black beans and red pepper and topped with grated cheese. A meal enjoyed by the whole family guaranteed!

Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 8 naan breads (individual portion)
    • ½ cup tomato sauce
    • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 red pepper, chopped
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 2 cups grated cheese
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Place the naan breads on a non-stick baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.
    3. Spread 1 to 2 tbsp of tomato sauce on each bun.
    4. Place the black beans on a plate and roughly mash them with a fork. Spread over the pizzas.
    5. Add the pepper and grated cheese.
    6. Top with green onions and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Replace black beans with leftover cooked meat.
