Pepperoni Cheese Pizza on Bagels for Lunch Box
A quick and delicious recipe for a lunch or a light meal. Bagels topped with tomato sauce, pepperoni and melted mozzarella, accompanied by fresh raw vegetables for a perfect balance.

Ingredients
- 4 bagels (plain or with seeds)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 to 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or to taste)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Preparation
-Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
-Cut the bagels in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
-Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each bagel half.
-Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
-Add the pepperoni slices.
-Sprinkle with dried oregano and red pepper flakes if desired.
-Bake the filled bagels for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
-Allow the filled bagels to cool slightly, then cut them into quarters for easier consumption. Place them in an airtight container.
