Fruit and Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) rolled oats
- 2 cups (500 ml) coconut milk
- ¼ cup (60ml) chia seeds
- ¼ cup (60 mL) unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 1 cup (250 ml) fresh fruit (use your slightly withered fruit)
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients, except the berries, in 4 250 ml jars with lids.
- Mix well.
- Add berries on top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before eating.
For adventurers
Add a few chocolate chips on top of the jars.
