Pepperoni tortilla roll-ups for lunchboxes
A colorful and fun lunch! Tortillas filled with creamy cheese, pepperoni, and vegetables, rolled and then cut into tasty bites.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 250g cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 200g sliced pepperoni
- 2 bell peppers (yellow and orange), cut into strips
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce or spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and pizza sauce.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Arrange pepperoni slices over the mixture.
- Add bell pepper strips and shredded lettuce.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a cylinder.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up, if possible.
- Cut each roll into 6-8 slices.
- Place the bites into containers.
- Add some fresh bell pepper strips as a side.

For firmer rolls, prepare them the day before.
Vary cold cuts according to taste: ham, turkey, salami.
