Grilled fruit salad

  • Ingredients

    • 1 mango
    • 1 pear
    • 1 apple
    • 4 slices of pineapple
    • ½ cup honey
    • Mint leaf
    • Vanilla ice cream
  • Preparation

    1. Peel and cut the mango into thick slices, set aside.
    2. Cut the pear and apple into slices with the peel, set aside.
    3. Clean and oil the barbecue grill.
    4. Preheat on medium high power.
    5. Brush the fruit with honey and place on the grill.
    6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Please note that cooking times may vary depending on the variety of fruit and its ripeness.
    7. Place the fruit on a work surface and cut into pieces.
    8. In a deep plate or bowl, place a scoop of ice cream, add the grilled fruit salad and garnish with mint leaves and a drizzle of honey.
