Lemony Chicken Pasta Salad for the Lunch Box
Fresh pasta topped with lemon-marinated chicken and aromatic herbs, perfect for a summer lunch.

Ingredients
- 450g short pasta (farfalle or penne)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
-Marinate the chicken in the juice of a lemon, oil and garlic (30 minutes minimum)
-Grill the chicken and cut it into pieces
-Cook the pasta al dente, cool
-Mix pasta, chicken, herbs and parmesan
- Season with olive oil and lemon juice
-Distribute into containers
-Add the lemon wedges
-Put the cucumbers aside
