Spaghetti salad for lunchbox
A fresh and light lunch! Spaghetti seasoned with Italian dressing, topped with crunchy vegetables and served with pepperoni for a complete meal to enjoy cold.

- 250g spaghetti
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 16 slices pepperoni
- ½ cup store-bought Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large bowl, pour the Italian dressing.
- Add the cooled pasta and mix well.
- Stir in the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley.
- Divide the pasta salad among the main compartments of the containers.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices in the secondary compartment.
