Turkey and Double Cheese Sandwich for the Lunchbox
A gourmet sandwich that elevates the classic ham and cheese with a combination of delicious cheeses and savory turkey, all served on fresh sliced bread.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 200g sliced turkey
- 100g cheddar cheese
- 100g Oka cheese
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- A few lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Fresh fruit for serving (apples, grapes)

Preparation
- Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise and mustard.
- Arrange cheddar cheese on 4 slices of bread.
- Add sliced turkey on top of the cheddar.
- Place Oka cheese slices on the turkey.
- Add lettuce and cucumber slices.
- Close with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut each sandwich into two triangles.
- Place the sandwiches in airtight containers.
- Add fresh fruit to the separate compartments.
