Roasted baloney sandwich for lunchbox

- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 16 slices baloney
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp mustard (optional)
- 4 lettuce leaves (optional)
- 2 cups coleslaw

Preparation
- Make small cuts around the edges of the baloney slices to prevent them from curling during cooking.
- Lightly grill the baloney slices in a pan, about 1 minute per side.
- Butter the bread slices.
- Spread a little mustard on the bread slices if desired.
- Place 4 slices of baloney and a lettuce leaf on each sandwich.
- Close with the second slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half.
- Place the sandwiches in the main compartment of the containers.
- Add the coleslaw to the secondary compartment.
