
Touski rolls
This easy, no-cook, all-purpose recipe will allow you to empty your fridge without compromising on taste: mix leftover meat or cold cuts, celery, sweet pickles, green onions, mayonnaise and a touch of mustard, add this mixture to hot dog buns and you're done for a dinner or supper prepared in just a few minutes!

Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 500 ml (2 cups) leftover cooked meat or deli meats, coarsely chopped
- 1 stick of celery, chopped
- 6 small sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup mayonnaise)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 8 hot dog buns

Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except breads.
- Fill the buns with this mixture.
