School necessarily means homework and lessons, and as in all areas of their lives, it is important to teach children to become independent in carrying out these tasks. Mlle Range-tout, a professional organizer, gives you her advice on how to create a space for homework that will promote learning, regardless of the age of the children .
So here are the three areas to consider in your homework space :
The Backpack Area
In order to encourage the child's independence and to ensure that the house is kept tidy, it is important to think about a specific place where the backpack can be left when returning from school.
The Office area
This area will of course make it possible to group together in the same place all the furniture and accessories necessary for completing homework.
The School Effects area
Paper, pencils, ruler... This is the area where we will group together all the school supplies that children need to accomplish their different tasks.
