A little healthier ice cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) 15% cream
- 1 egg white
- 3 cups (750 mL) frozen berries
- 2 tbsp. (30ml) sugar
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Store the mixture in the freezer in a large bowl with a lid or in individual portions.
For adventurers:
Add 1 tbsp. tablespoons (15 ml) grated fresh ginger before blending in a food processor.
