Strawberry parfait

Mix gelatin with Greek yogurt, add a layer of graham crackers and a few fresh strawberries, and you have a perfectly balanced parfait that can be easily made in just a few minutes!

Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 650g container of Greek strawberry yogurt (or Mediterranean coffee yogurt for the adventurous)
    • 250 ml (1 cup) graham cracker crumbs
    • 250 ml (1 cup) coarsely chopped strawberries
    • 2 sachets of gelatin of 7g each
  • Preparation

    1. In a large bowl, pour 125 ml (½ cup) of hot water and add the 2 sachets of gelatin.
    2. Stir until completely dissolved. Add yogurt and mix well.
    3. Divide the breadcrumbs among 10 125 ml (½ cup) containers with lids. Add the yogurt mixture to each container and finish with the chopped strawberries. Place in the refrigerator and let set before serving. Place in the freezer for a frozen parfait.

Notes and tips

Swap out the strawberry yogurt for Mediterranean coffee yogurt.
