Tomato and bocconcini salad

    • Ingredients

      • 1½ cups (375 ml) pasta
      • 2 cups (500 ml) halved cherry tomatoes
      • 1 cup (250 ml) drained bocconcini pearls
      • 2 celery stalks, chopped
      • 2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped fresh basil
      • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
      • 3 tbsp (45 ml) balsamic vinegar
      • Salt and pepper from the mill
    • Preparation

      1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to manufacturer's directions. Drain well.
      2. In a large bowl, mix all the salad ingredients.
      3. Store in airtight containers.
