  • Ingredients

    • 2 waffles (homemade or store-bought)
    • 4 slices of cooked ham, thick cut (about 2mm)
    • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
    • 1 large red pepper
    • A few lettuce leaves

    Dip:

    • 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Preparation

    1. Using a cookie cutter, or with a knife, cut all the ingredients for the skewers, making sure that they are all the same size.
    2. Thread the ingredients alternately onto the skewers.
    3. In a bowl, mix all the dip ingredients and serve with the skewers.
