Croque monsieur and cauliflower salad for lunch box (
A comforting duo combining a gratin sandwich and a creamy salad.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of country bread
- 8 slices of ham
- 200g cheddar cheese
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Dijon Mustard
- Black pepper

Preparation
-Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
-Cook the cauliflower in florets for 6-8 minutes, cool
-Cook bacon until crispy, crumble
-Mix mayonnaise, sour cream for dipping
-Assemble the croques: bread, ham, cheese
-Brown in the oven for 10-12 minutes
-Distribute sandwiches and salad in the containers
