  • Ingredients

    • ¾ cup milk
    • ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
    • ¼ cup raspberry Greek yogurt
    • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • Preparation

    1. Place all ingredients in a jar except fruit and nuts and mix well.
    2. Add fruit and nuts.
    3. Leave to rest in the fridge overnight and enjoy.
    4. *Feel free to add a little liquid if you prefer your oatmeal a little silkier.
