  • Ingredients

    • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • ¼ cup honey
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    • Pepper from the mill
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Place the chicken drumsticks in a rectangular non-stick baking dish.
    3. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the drumsticks.
    4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and cook for 15 minutes.
