
Chicken Drumsticks with Honey and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Pepper from the mill

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a rectangular non-stick baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the drumsticks.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and cook for 15 minutes.
