Apple pizza
Ingredients
- 1 medium pre-baked pizza crust
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) softened butter
- ¼ cup (60 mL) brown sugar
- 2 apples peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread the butter on the dough.
- Add brown sugar and apple slices.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is colored and the apples are slightly softened.
For adventurers
- Sprinkle the pizza with ½ cup (125 ml) crumbled goat cheese before placing the pizza in the oven.
