  • Ingredients

    • 1 pre-cooked pizza dough, about 14 inches
    • ½ cup salsa
    • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
    • ¾ cup chopped tri-color peppers
    • ¼ cup chopped green onions
    • 1½ cups Tex-Mex style shredded cheese
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Bake pizza on the bottom rack for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
