  • Ingredients

    • 8 store-bought imperial rolls
    • 1 half red cabbage
    • 1 half green cabbage
    • 2 carrots
    • 2 green onions
    • Store-bought nuoc mam sauce
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • Sesame seeds
    • Salt, pepper
  • Preparation

    -Reheat the imperial rolls according to the instructions.

    -Finely grate the cabbage and carrots

    -Slice the green onions

    -Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger

    -Season the vegetables with the vinaigrette

    -Distribute the rolls, salad and nuoc mam sauce in the containers
