  • Ingredients

    • 400g grilled steak
    • 2 romaine lettuces
    • 4 slices of bread, croutons
    • Parmesan shavings
    • Caesar dressing
    • Salt, black pepper
  • Preparation

    -Slice the steak into thin strips

    -Cut the lettuce into pieces

    -Prepare the homemade croutons

    -Grate the parmesan into shavings

    -Distribute all the ingredients in the compartmentalized containers, vinaigrette aside
