
Mango and honey sorbet
This mango and honey sorbet with a touch of nutmeg, in addition to being a healthy dessert perfect for the whole family, will be ready in just a few minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 kg frozen mangoes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Peppermint essence (optional, adventurer version)

Preparation
- In a food processor, place the frozen mangoes and puree until coarse.
- Add egg whites and beat for 2 minutes or until mixture is well fluted.
- Add the honey and nutmeg and mix again.
- Place in individual containers, popsicle molds or ice cube trays to flavor your cocktails.

Add a few drops of peppermint oil when incorporating the honey.
