Mango and honey sorbet

This mango and honey sorbet with a touch of nutmeg, in addition to being a healthy dessert perfect for the whole family, will be ready in just a few minutes!

Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 kg frozen mangoes
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg
    • Peppermint essence (optional, adventurer version)
  • Preparation

    1. In a food processor, place the frozen mangoes and puree until coarse.
    2. Add egg whites and beat for 2 minutes or until mixture is well fluted.
    3. Add the honey and nutmeg and mix again.
    4. Place in individual containers, popsicle molds or ice cube trays to flavor your cocktails.

Notes and tips

Add a few drops of peppermint oil when incorporating the honey.
