Mango and honey sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 kg of frozen mangoes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Peppermint essence (optional, adventurers version)
Path to follow
- In a food processor, place the frozen mangoes and reduce to a coarse puree.
- Add the egg whites and beat for 2 minutes or until the mixture is well puffed. Add honey and nutmeg and mix again. Place in individual containers, popsicle molds or in ice cube trays to flavor your cocktails.
For adventurers
Add a few drops of peppermint essence when incorporating the honey.
