  • Ingredients

    • 16 pork or chicken dumplings
    • 6 cups chicken broth
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 piece fresh ginger
    • 2 pak choi leaves
    • 2 carrots
    • Green onion
    • Sesame seeds































































































  • Preparation

    -Bring the broth to a boil with ginger and soy sauce

    -Add the dumplings, cook for 5-7 minutes

    -Add julienned carrots and pak choi

    -Distribute the dumplings, crunchy vegetables, green onion and sesame seeds in the compartmentalized containers.

    -Pour the hot broth into a thermos
