Italian lunch box submarine
A sandwich filled with Italian cold cuts and fresh vegetables, accompanied by Italian vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 4 submarine buns
- 200g Italian salami
- 200g ham or prosciutto
- 150g mortadella
- Iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- Red onion
- Store-bought Italian dressing
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
-Slice the bread lengthwise
- Layer the cold cuts and vegetables
-Distribute the sandwiches in the containers
-Add the dressing in separate small containers
-Arrange the accompanying vegetables

Notes and tips
-The tomatoes must be well blotted so as not to soak the bread.
-Lettuce should be placed between cold cuts and tomatoes.
