No Bake Cheese Pie

Love cheesecake but prefer pie? Combine the two desserts into one with this pie made with graham crumbs and topped simply with a delicious combination of strawberry filling, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 1½ cups cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • A few drops of vanilla extract
    • 2 rolls of Graham breadcrumbs
    • 1½ cups strawberry pie filling
  • Preparation

    1. In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the milk, cheese and lemon juice until creamy and smooth.
    2. Spoon the cheese mixture into the 2 graham crumb crusts.
    3. Add the strawberry filling.

Notes and tips

Add ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint to the strawberry filling.
