    • Ingredients

      • 4 wheat tortillas
      • 500g cooked Tex-Mex ground beef
      • 2 red peppers
      • 200g grated Tex-Mex cheese
      • Iceberg lettuce
      • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
      • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
      • 1 tsp chili powder
      • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
      • 1/2 lime (juice)
      • Salt, pepper
    • Preparation

      -Mix mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper

      -Slice the peppers into julienne strips

      -Spread the mayo on the tortillas

      -Top with beef, peppers, cheese and lettuce

      -Roll tightly into a wrap, cut in half and divide into containers

    - Place the crispy lettuce in the center
    - Keep wraps tight with aluminum foil
    - Put the spicy sauce separately
    - Reheat slightly if desired
    - Add the guacamole the same day
