Social pressure is often felt in all areas of our lives as parents ; whether it is in relation to our choices, our actions or our methods, we sometimes have the impression that we are asked to be perfect parents!

Even though it can be negative, especially when it overwhelms us and seems too intense, is it possible to make it a driving force for positive change, to make it lead us to make better choices ?

We are being told from both sides: screens can have a negative impact in the short and medium term on the development of children , among other things in relation to the development of social skills and language, but also executive functions, including selective attention and sustained attention.
